Monday Outing

Today we took a little trip to Brown's Market, which is like a higher-class farmer's market. We've heard raving reviews about it from our church people, so we decided to check it out for ourselves.


Brown's is located right in the heart of the Pennsylvania farmlands...


Brown's has an AWESOME bakery! The cakes in the bakery looked so good that Adam thought he would touch them to see if they were real. He didn't see the "Please do not touch!" sign until later...Oops!


We couldn't look around in the bakery for too long without sampling some of the goods. We bought some stuff and sat down to enjoy it in this little coffee shop


I got an apple turnover...


...and Adam got a chocolate chip cookie! He just couldn't wait long enough to take the plastic off :)


Adam gave me my month's allowance while we were eating. A quarter! Whoo-hoo! ;)


We had a lovely afternoon!

    What a neat looking place - skip the turnover and cookie, I would've opted for the flowery cake (which I'm sure cost a bundle!). Looks like y'all are having a good time...Thanks for all the beautiful pics and comments, Katie - keep up the good work!
