VBS Days 4-5

On Friday, Adam tripled the points for the penny offering. We had so many pennies that they wouldn't all fit in the bucket! Both of these bags are FULL.

Next year we're going to have a VBS for the "Big Kids." Here's a pic of them arguing over who won the penny offering. I think they had more fun than the kids! lol! :)

Praise the Lord for a wonderful VBS! About 30 kids came through during the course of the week, and three children confirmed their salvation.

Surprise Visits from Family!

SURPRISE! Y'all didn't know we had a baby, huh? :) Haha! Actually, Lloyd and Bethany surprised us at VBS last night. They brought all the kids, including their newest little one!


It was so nice to have them here!


My Dad stopped by for a visit as well. It was great to see him again!




After VBS we took everyone to Rita's for a treat :)










Alyssa LOVED being up in Dad's arms! She didn't want him to leave! :)

VBS Days 1-3

Ahoy, Mateys! We're having a great time at Treasure Island VBS this week! Thought I'd share a few pics with you...more to come soon!

My sister Rachel teaches the K4 and K5 class. Their classroom is called "Banana Man's Cave." The kids love it!

VBS Skit

Our VBS skit cast this year is AWESOME! We've all enjoyed working together, and we always have LOTS of laughs!



I'm "Miss Jessica" in the skit, so I love it when I get to "flirt" with the Captain! :)

My sister, Rachel, is in town this week to help out with our VBS. We took her to the Amish Markets on Saturday....

I guess the outing was a little too much for Adam...he fell asleep when we got home!
